ActiveCampaign to GoHighLevel migration, verified after the move.

We migrate supported CRM and contact data into GoHighLevel, then read the destination back and compare what arrived with what was expected.

What moves

  • Contacts
  • Tags
  • Supported custom fields
  • Supported unsubscribe / DND state

Why verification matters

Most imports stop after sending the data across. We read the migrated data back from GoHighLevel and compare it with what was expected. Differences are reported before the migration is considered complete.

Source Migration GoHighLevel Verification

How it works

1

Review

We read your current data and show you what will move — before anything is written.

2

Migrate

With your approval, we move your contacts, tags, and fields into GoHighLevel.

3

Verify

We read the result back and report what arrived and what to review.

What’s not included

  • Workflows and automations aren’t included by default.
  • Unsupported objects and field types need a separate review.
  • Scope is confirmed with you before the migration runs.

Common questions

What can you migrate?

Contacts, tags, source lists (as tags), and supported custom fields — text, date, and single-select. Unsubscribe and DND state is preserved. Automations, campaigns, and forms are not included.

What happens to unsubscribe / DND status?

We preserve supported unsubscribe and DND states. If a contact’s status is unclear, we suppress it rather than risk marketing to someone who opted out.

Will this create duplicate contacts?

The migration is designed to be rerun safely, and duplicate creation is checked during verification. We match each contact by email and update or create explicitly, rather than relying on a blind import.

What do you need from me?

API access to your ActiveCampaign and GoHighLevel accounts, set up during onboarding — never your passwords. We read your source read-only, and nothing is written to GoHighLevel until you approve a preview.

What about workflows and automations?

GoHighLevel’s API can’t create automation logic, so we don’t migrate it as part of a data migration. Rebuilding workflows can be quoted separately.
