We move your contacts, tags, and supported custom fields into GoHighLevel, preserve unsubscribe and DND state, then check what arrived.
What moves
Contacts (name, email, phone), tags, source lists (kept as tags), and supported custom fields — text, date, and single-select. Values are cleaned up before writing.
Unsubscribe & DND
We preserve supported unsubscribe and DND states. If a contact’s status is unclear, we suppress it rather than risk marketing to someone who opted out.
How we verify
After migrating, we read your contacts back from GoHighLevel and compare what arrived with what was expected — counts, tags, fields, and unsubscribe state. Anything that doesn’t match is reported.
What’s excluded
Automations, campaigns, and forms aren’t migrated — GoHighLevel’s API can’t create them, and they can be rebuilt separately. Unsupported field types are listed rather than guessed at. Original creation dates are kept in a custom field, since GoHighLevel sets its own.
